  • I am a relationship, sex, and trauma specialist with a passion for helping individuals and partnered adults find deeper joy in the (sometimes maddening) realities of relationships, intimacy, and life.

I particularly enjoy working with folks who are navigating blended families, ADHD and other mental health diagnoses, sexual well-being, non-monogamy, the aftermath of trauma, and the journey to and of parenthood.

  • I am passionate about therapy because I believe all forms of liberation begin with us fully experiencing the power that relationships have to transform and heal.

My hope is that, through our work together, you learn to love yourself and others more skillfully as you find your way to the connected and embodied life you were meant for.
